What the?

By Lynn Lickers
More than one person told me that wild, wounded animals like Ollie are taken to Redstone Veterinary Clinic. So I called yesterday and explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone and asked if Ollie was brought in to their clinic. "Oh, I can't give out that information," she said. "Wait, it's a wild owl. I said that, right?" "Yes, but I'm not allowed to give out that information." Holy good grief. She would not budge. Have we always had owl privacy rights? Is it part of HIPPA that I missed? I mean, who-who-who would sue?
