BOOK BUSY

Late last week I learned that my book, "Troubled Trails: the Meeker Affair and the Removal of Utes from Colorado," will be officially out in late August. As a result, I have been scrambling to get some related work done, such as a slide presentation, some possible magazine articles, preparation for a TV interview and the creation of a website.

Consequently, I haven't had as much time to devote to this website as I normally have. I'll try to keep up with news of upcoming regional horse events, but I won't be looking for national horse news to post.
