About that peak ...

By Gary Harmon
Seems that there's a lot of oil south of the border, waaay south of the border. There are, as George W. Bush has been rumored to say, lots, maybe even Brazilians of barrels of oil down there. The thing is, of course, that we're supposed to be high and dry, like an SUV with a ripped-out oil pan in the middle of the Nevada desert. And yet, oil keeps leaking out of the ground. So if peak-oil theories wither away, we'll blame it on Rio?
