Fast and furious

By {screen_name}

So the ATF called its brilliant plan to supply weaponry to gangs in Mexico.

"Many ATF officers were "anguished" over Operation Fast and Furious, saying it was inevitable that guns would be used to commit crimes, thus putting blood on the ATF's hands," a story notes.

Some of that blood, it turns out, was shed by a Border Patrol agent.

"Anguish" probably falls well short of what others think of Operation Fast and Furious.
