It’s not easy being green

By Gary Harmon
As this missive from London suggests, the big money has doubts about big green across the pond. Shell, known for taking risks in western Colorado on oil shale, is wary of high costs and shrinking prospects from an offshore wind park in the Thames Estuary. BP is in, but only if taxpayers are in deeper, apparently. That can't augur well for big projects in the Colonies. Has anyone heard from T. Boone Pickens recently?
