Osama can get that whole-life policy now

It's no longer imperative that the United States capture and kill Osama bin Laden, says the incoming president, Barack Obama. That the same guy who mocked his opponent, John McCain, for being willing to chase Osama to the gates of hell, "but he won't even go to the cave where he lives." Nor, apparently, will Obama.
