White Running
By Lynn Lickers
Dan and I had the good fortune to have a snowed-in weekend in Telluride. Fabulous place courtesy of one of his client friends (more on that later) and the bliss of being where nobody else was.
Almost two feet fell in the 48 hours we were there. It was perfect but made running a tad hazardous.
So I didn't.
We took walks through the whiteness and came back to this place:
And soaked in this hot tub big enough to fit a village from Uzbekhistan:
All that while thinking of the brave runners going up and over the Monument.
My thoughts, at least, were with them.
