Scott newsletter

Rep. Ray Scott has started emailing a new newsletter to update constituents about what he's up to in the Colorado Legislature.

The latest one features his first-ever bill signing, for a measure he introduced to allow property owners to provide seller-financing for up to three residential properties in a 12-month period. It's intended to help spur homes sales at a time when it's become harder to get a mortgage.

The newsletter also lists other measures the Grand Junction Republican is working on.
