1 dead, 3 injured in Longmont crash

LONGMONT — One person is dead and three injured after a car fled after being stopped by Longmont police.

Police say they arrested one person on suspicion of DUI after the accident late Wednesday.

According to the Longmont Times-Call, a Longmont officer attempted to make a traffic stop and the car sped away.

The car crashed a short time later, killing the driver of another vehicle.
