City, county surplus auction next Saturday

Mesa County and the city of Grand Junction are teaming up to offer folks a chance to buy up the stuff both entities don’t need.

An auction to liquidate surplus merchandise will be Saturday, April 26, at 2387 Leland Ave. The auction begins at 10 a.m., but gates open at 8 a.m.

According to a press release, numerous items will be available including vehicles, bicycles, an ice machine, a hoist, jewelry, coins, cameras, golf equipment, bar stools and many other items. More information can found at http://bit.ly/1j8FRy2.
