Colorado drought may force water restrictions

DENVER — Colorado’s largest municipal water providers are considering restricting spring and summer watering to two times a week because of the continuing drought.

Denver Water, Aurora Water and Colorado Springs Utilities are considering strict drought restrictions, which have yet to be approved.

According to the Denver Post, details of how the restrictions would be imposed also have not been announced.
