Colorado troopers credited with saving life of airline passenger

DENVER – Two Colorado State Patrol troopers are being credited with saving an airline passenger’s life after the man collapsed and became unconscious on a Delta flight from Denver to Atlanta.

Lt. Colonel Brenda Leffler tells KUSA-TV she and Maj. Steve Garcia were sitting in their seats Tuesday when they heard a commotion. She says the man apparently had a heart attack and was unconscious.

She says they were able to revive the man with a defibrillator.

The man’s name and condition were not released.
