Colorado trying again to shore up coal mine

ERIE — Colorado mining officials will try again to shore up a coal mine that collapsed several years ago, closing a street near Boulder.

The Baseline Mine collapsed in 2007, and several attempts to fix it have failed.

According to the Boulder Daily Camera, a mix of cement, water and sand will be injected into the mine during the six-week project.
