“As I told The Daily Sentinel last week, I have not yet seen anything meriting criminal charges against Moseman. While that statement is still true, that may change during our review of the cases and when the full information is presented to us.”

Are you kidding me?
ANY TIME anyone, especialy a Law Enforcement person LIES on any document relating to a charge it is a crime. (PERJURY) I think this is another example of the CSP and Law Enforcement in general on the Western Slope being out of control. For all you law enforcement supporters take a moment to look at a few things that stand out to me, GJPD destroys homeless camps, CSP shoots and kills an unarmed person in that same persons own home while trying to kick in the door, pepper spaying private property of homeless folks for fun?.
No crime? Mr. Hautzinger had better find a crime here or I for one will be a very active supporter of anyone that will remove his blind butt from office.
