I’m confused.  How can you have a divorce if you’re not married?  I know the article explains the law but it makes no sense.  If it’s just a civil union, don’t you just dissolve the contract?  And, if you can have a “divorce” of a civil union, isn’t the next step in this parade allowing homosexuals to “marry?”  (Which isn’t really marriage, but that’s a discussion for another day.)
