Flash flood on Colorado National Monument

Video of a flash flood that occurred on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013 around 6 p.m. in the Colorado National Monument along Monument Road in the east side of the park. This water came from thunderstorms that produced very heavy rainfall between 4:45 and 5:15 p.m.

This video was taken by a SKYWARN spotter Larry Bullard who granted permission to GJSentinel.com for use.
