Fourth suspect jailed in case of meth lab

A fourth suspect was arrested in connection with the finding of a possible methamphetamine lab at 2945 Kannah Creek Road in Whitewater.

Jeffrey Maxedon, 44, who lives at the residence along with other suspects Kelly (Patterson) Cyr, 50, and Sally Smith, 43, was arrested on suspicion of manufacturing methamphetamine and a variety of other drug charges.

Lisa Lambert, of 90 Whiting Road, was arrested on an active arrest warrant involving a previous drug case.

Lambert is listed at, on a report of shots fired.

They determined no one was injured, officials said.

While talking to people at the address, they received information about a possible methamphetamine lab.

They obtained a search warrant for the location and reported finding materials for making methamphetamine outside of the home.

Smith, Cyr and Maxedon were arrested on suspicion of manufacturing methamphetamine and other drug charges. Maxedon and Cyr are each being held on $50,000 bond.

Smith is being held on a $10,000 bond and Lambert was no longer listed in the inmate information with the facility.
