Garden of Gods Club going up for sale

COLORADO SPRINGS — The partnership that owns the Garden of the Gods Club is putting it on the market.

The properties include 66 guest rooms, a 27-hole golf course, a 43,000-square-foot main building, a golf clubhouse and recreation center near one of Colorado’s iconic tourist attractions, where rocks and spires tower in the sky.

According to the Colorado Springs Gazette (http://tinyurl.com/bfthrjl ), the partnership is in the process of hiring a resort broker to market the property and hasn’t set an asking price.
