Gay divorces already on Colorado dockets

The Colorado Judicial Department says cases are pending in Denver, Boulder, El Paso and Jefferson counties.

Supporters of the state’s civil union law tell the Fort Collins Coloradoan divorces are part of any relationship and should be expected.
