The Grand Junction Gladiators have switched the American Professional Football League II championship game to next Saturday, Aug. 17 with the kickoff set for 6 p.m.
Grand Junction will play the Mile High Hurricanes, which placed second in the regular season league standings.
The game, which was originally scheduled for tomorrow, was changed after some confusion on which team would host the title game.
The Gladiators went undefeated in the regular season at 7-0, and scored 20 fourth quarter points to beat Northern Colorado 26-3 in its first-round playoff game.
Grand Junction won the APFL2 championship last year, and will go for a second straight title in the team’s fourth season.
