GJ Rockies win De La Rosa rehab start
Colorado Rockies pitcher Jorge De La Rosa had a successful rehab start in the Grand Junction Rockies 5-3 victory over the Ogden Raptors at Suplizio Field.
De La Rosa allowed three hits and struck out five in three innings. He threw 49 pitches, including 32 for strikes.
Johendi Jiminian, who was scheduled to start, picked up the win in relief, but left after one inning of work when a line drive hit him in the ankle.
Jason Stolz went 2 for 4 with a two-run home run and three RBI in his first game back from a strained neck injury.
The Grand Junction Rockies close out the regular season against Ogden on Thursday night before starting a best of three game series on Friday.
