Labor chief stumps for Rep. Salazar in Pueblo

PUEBLO — Labor Secretary Hilda Solis is stumping for Democratic Rep. John Salazar as the incumbent faces a tough re-election challenge.

Solis is headlining a rally today in Pueblo. The event is billed as a get-out-the-vote effort for working families.

Salazar is locked in a challenging bid for a fourth term against Republican Scott Tipton of Cortez. Tipton plans his own get-out-the-vote rally today in Grand Junction.
