Man accused of stealing sheriff deputy’s shotgun

LOVELAND — A 24-year-old Larimer County man is facing felony charges after authorities say he stole a 12-guage shotgun and ammunition from an unmarked sheriff’s office vehicle in Windsor.

The Loveland Reporter-Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1rJro15 ) James Bradley Fightmaster was arrested Friday, a day after he allegedly broke into several cars, including the sheriff’s office vehicle.

He faces felony charges of first-degree criminal trespass, possession of weapons by a previous offender and violating the conditions of his bond, as well as a misdemeanor count of theft. Fightmaster was booked into the Larimer County jail on $75,000 bail.
