Man injured in I-70 crash

A Wisconsin man was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital this evening following a rollover accident on Interstate 70.

Christopher Goree, 21, was the sole occupant in a 2009 Honda Fit that rolled shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday near mile-marker 28 on I-70. No other vehicles were involved in the crash and the vehicle was towed from the scene, according to Colorado State Patrol Trooper Josh Lewis.

Lewis said he did not know the extent of Goree’s injuries or the cause of the crash. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash.
