New school board member selected

The Mesa County Valley School District 51 Board of Education announced John Williams has been selected to fill a board vacancy in District C.

Williams was appointed by President Greg Mikolai and will be sworn in at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, prior to the scheduled work session. He will assume director duties immediately.
