Police seek identification of alleged credit-card theives
The Mesa County Sheriff’s Department is hoping someone recognizes two alleged credit-card thieves captured on surveillance camera.
In late June, a credit card was stolen out of the victim’s unlocked vehicle, in the 3000 block of McKenna Court in Grand Junction. The credit card was successfully used on June 27 at a local Dairy Queen and Wal-Mart, charging unauthorized items totaling nearly $400.
One suspect is descrbed as a white female in her late teens or early 20s, with long dark hair. In the surveillance video she’s wearing a black short-sleeved shirt with blue shorts.
Another suspect is described as a white male, also in his late teens or early 20s. In the surveillance video he’s wearing a baseball hat, a dark-colored T-shirt, and dark pants.
