Police seek suspect in overnight armed robbery

Police say this is the suspect in an armed robbery reported Tuesday night at Bradley Sinclair, 2903 North Ave. 

Grand Junction police are looking for a suspect in an overnight armed robbery at a North Avenue gas station.

Just before midnight, a man walked inside Bradley Sinclair, 2903 North Ave., and reportedly threatened two workers with a knife, according to a police news release. He left with cash and cigarettes. Nobody was injured.

The suspect was described as white with dark hair, with a “five o’clock shadow” on his face and a mole over his upper lip on the right side, the release said. He was believed to be in his mid 30’s, approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall to 6 feet tall and about 200 pounds.
