Rifle’s Rohrig loses on last second takedown

Dallas Rohrig, of Rifle High School competed in the quarterfinal round of the Class 4A Colorado High School State Wrestling Championships. He lost his match 4-3 to Hunter Shively of Conifer on a last second takedown by Shively.

With the loss, Rohig now moves to the 138-pound consolation bracket with the opportunity to finish as high as third place. The tournament continues through Saturday evening in Denver at the Pepsi Center.
