San Jacinto back in JUCO World Series

San Jacinto (Texas) College-North ousted defending JUCO World Series champion Navarro College 1-0 today in the championship game of the Southern District tournament in Mount Pleasant, Texas.

The was the only game of the four the Gators played in the tournament that did not go into extra innings. It will be San Jac’s 19th appearance in the JUCO World Series, which begins May 26 at Suplizio Field.
