United Airlines frustration persists in Durango
DURANGO — Officials at Durango-La Plata County Airport say they are still frustrated with United Airlines over unreliable service.
Senior airline manager Alicia Gabriel last month told the airport commission that the airline’s on-time departures and arrivals have been erratic and she said improvements are still under way.
Gabriel tells the Durango Herald the airline is making progress fixing the problems.
The airline is the biggest carrier at the airport with an average six flights a day to Denver.
