Sage Creations Organic Farm is a small certified organic family farm located in Palisade, Colorado, on Colorado's Western Slope. We grow sweet cherries, lavender, potted culinary herbs and specialty vegetable starts; as well as fresh cut herbs and heirloom tomatoes.

Our beautiful lavender fields contain over 25 varieties. We offer lavender plants, both fresh and dried cut bundles, and an array of lavender products.

Our farm stand is open from June through September. Call any time for an appointment or check in for product availability through our website. We encourage our customers to come see our farm and have a tour. We recommend placing orders ahead of time for our very popular sweet cherries and potted plants.

Tour Details:

We begin in the greenhouse where potted herbs and specialty vegetable starts are growing. Walk through our certified organic sweet cherry orchard, demonstration garden, and lavender fields - where we cultivate 25 different varieties of lavendar -
including culinary lavender.
See where lavender is dried. Refresh with lemonade and cookies flavored with a hint of lavender in our farm stand. Shop lavender products ranging from culinary to wellness; our creations include culinary herb blends, recipes, fresh and dried bundles and wreaths, and aromatherapy products.
