Beyond Boundaries Dance Collective will present its third annual summer dance concert “Dances You Need to See” twice this weekend.

Performances are set for 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, July 18–19, at the Mesa Experimental Theatre in the Moss Performing Arts Center on the Mesa State College campus.

The dance collective is made up of Mesa State dance alumni and faculty as well as dancers from the community. They will perform an eclectic collection of dances in various contemporary styles.

Guest choreographers for the concert are Mistelle Jimenez and Lynda White, both from the Denver area; local professional choreographers; and Mesa State dance faculty Matthew Lindstrom, Melonie Buchanan-Murray and Ann J. Sanders.

Julie Sinnott will present the completed version of a piece that was a work-in-progress when performed in the Beyond Boundaries dance concert earlier this year.

Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for seniors and students. Advance tickets can be purchased at the Pilates Space.
