Edgar Winter added to Durango concerts
Blues rockers The Edgar Winter Band was added to the fall lineup of concerts at Fort Lewis College in Durango on Sunday, Oct. 19, at 7:30 p.m.
Edgar Winter is a saxophonist, keyboardist and composer and the younger brother of ukulele and guitar player Johnny Winter.
The band’s hits include “Frankenstein” and “Free Ride.”
Tickets to the concert at the Community Concert Hall in the college’s arts complex cost $25 and $35 and can be bought online at http://www.durangoconcerts.com or by calling 970-247-7657.
