Comic ballet ‘Coppelia’ performances at Palisade High School Jan. 16-17, 2010

A mysterious inventor creates a dancing doll that is so lifelike that a young man becomes infatuated with it and dumps his true love.

But true love doesn’t let the story end there.

Find out the rest of the story at Dance Works Studio’s production of the comic ballet “Coppelia.”

Performances are set for 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, in Palisade High School auditorium, 3679 G Road, in Palisade.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for seniors and children. Tickets are available at Dance Works Studio and at the door.
