Dust storm briefly closes I-25 north of Pueblo

PUEBLO — Blowing dust is making for hazardous driving conditions north of Pueblo.

The Colorado Department of Transportation briefly closed an eight-mile stretch of Interstate 25 north of Pueblo today due to a dust storm that caused several accidents. KRDO-TV in Colorado Springs reports no major injuries were reported.

The National Weather Service is reporting gusts of nearly 45 mph in the Pueblo area.
