Entertainment briefs: Nov. 11–17
Arts, crafts fairs planned for weekend
Area arts and craft fairs will continue this week. They include:
■ Crossroads United Methodist Church will have a Harvest Festival Craft Sale and Bazaar on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 11–12, at the church at 599 30 Road.
A ham-and-bean supper will be from 4–7 p.m. Friday, and the craft sale and bazaar will go from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. There will be crafts, gift items, needlework, Christmas items, a cookie walk and more. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
■ First Church of the Nazarene will have its annual Craft and Small Business Bazaar from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at the church at 2802 Patterson Road.
Close to 40 vendors will be there with handmade crafts, some small businesses and food vendors. All proceeds will go to support Women’s Ministries for special projects, events and community services throughout the coming year.
