Casting call for DIY Network series on tiny cabins
The Moab to Monument Valley Film Commission has put out a call for casting for the DIY Network and its new TV series about tiny cabins.
A cabin builder in the Central California Coast-area is looking for customers interested in buying custom built tiny cabins and the process will be featured on the show. The network is looking for customers in Grand County and San Juan County, Utah, who would be interested in being cast. All styles and flexible pricing are available.
Veteran, military artists welcome to submit art work
Operation Revamp Inc. has put out a nationwide call to veteran and military artists to submit entries in its “The Incredible Feet” exhibit that will open Nov. 11.
The opening will take place at the Avalon Theatre and the exhibit will continue for one month in the Veterans Art Center Gallery. Entries may be any visual arts style, media or genre, in 2D or 3D. All theme-related entries will be listed in the exhibition catalogue and online.
Winning entries of the jury selections will be featured at the Veterans Day opening art exhibition. There is a maximum of three entries per person, with only one entry per person eligible for exhibit. All entries will appear in the catalog. Registration is limited to 1,000 total applications.
Entry deadline is Aug. 31. There is a $10 application fee. Sponsorships are available for registration fees and/or shipping expenses.
