UPDATE: Pub open after fire

The owner of a downtown Grand Junction pub damaged by a small fire this morning said they expect to open for regular business today.

“We’re shooting for 4 p.m.,” Naggy McGee’s co-owner Eric Wilmot said.

Naggy McGee’s opened at 4 p.m.

Grand Junction Fire Department spokesman Mike Page said the fire started in a concealed space inside a wall on the west side of the pub, 359 Colorado Ave.
