Indigo Girls coming this summer
American folk rock music duo Indigo Girls will make a stop in Grand Junction for an outdoor show under the stars at 8 p.m. Saturday, July 26, at Grande River Vineyards, 787 Elberta Ave. in Palisade.
This is a venue change from what Sandstone Concerts’ Ron Wilson originally announced Thursday.
However, Wilson said tickets for the Palisade venue will remain $39 for general admission.
People are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs.
Wilson didn’t know Thursday when tickets would go on sale but said to check sandstoneconcerts.com in the coming weeks.
The Indigo Girls perform July 25 in Layton, Utah, and July 27 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
The women, who hail from Georgia, have released 13 studio albums in their nearly 25-year career and are most famous for singles “Closer to Fine,” “Galileo,” “Least Complicated” and 2006’s “Dear Mr. President” collaboration with Pink.
