Latin guitar fusion band to play three western Colorado venues
Edge-of-your-seat music is what can be expected from virtuoso Latin guitar fusion band Incendio.
And fortunately, the band plays at three western Colorado venues this weekend.
The Latin guitar world fusion band, presented by the Western Slope Concert Series, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, at Avalon Theatre; at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at the Paradise Theater in Paonia, and at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, at the Montrose Pavilion in Montrose.
The band has “a unique alchemy of composition, technique and performance,” according to a news release. “At the heart of Incendio’s music is the bold, romantic Spanish guitar, its timeless sound recast in powerful modern arrangements. Seductive melodies are set next to explosive improvisational journeys.”
Incendio plays more than 150 shows a year in the United States and is renowned for its onstage energy and fretboard wizardry, the release said.
Advance tickets are $26, $31 and $36. Tickets at the door will be $29, $34 and $39. Tickets for those age 12 and younger are $16, $21 and $26.
