Lines West: Fractions and Fractures
Fractions and Fractures
It is not easy throwing
a whole touchdown pass
or making a whole touchdown run.
You have to make plays on fractions
of the field. You need 3/10 of
a run up the field, a perfect rectangle,
then you throw 7/10 of the field and
your receiver catches the football.
The guy showboats at the two-yard line,
then bam they hit him,
he fumbles and fractures his elbow.
He is sent to the hospital. They lose
the game and fly home on a plane
hoping to become whole again.
