Look Out! Theresa’s balancing fashion act

Theresa bought her wedge ankle booties and teal coatdress from Nordstrom. “It’s one of my favorite colors, teal,” she says.

Scene: Theresa is a new board member for the Museum of Western Colorado and was at the annual meeting in the ballroom of Colorado Mesa University.

Style: Theresa bought her wedge ankle booties and teal coatdress from Nordstrom. “It’s one of my favorite colors, teal,” Theresa explained, ever since having her colors done “way back in college.” She accessorized with silver Silpada earrings and a special silk scarf. The scarf is by Yves Saint Laurent and was made for G.H. Mumm Champagne. The scarf was given to her in the early ‘90s when she and husband Scott visited the Mumm cellars as part of an April in Paris trip. The couple owns Classic Wines, a wine distributor based in Denver, as well as High Country Orchards and Vineyards on East Orchard Mesa.

Fashion sense: Theresa said dressing for work is a balancing act when her day may include tromping through the peach orchard in the morning and entertaining the sommelier of The Broadmoor Hotel in the tasting room in the afternoon.
