Look Out!: Svea loves color

“I like to add color and not clash prints but not be too plain on plain,” Svea said of her style.

Scene: Svea was at the Cavalcade, 201 E. Aspen Ave., in Fruita, supporting high school friends performing at a Thursday Music Jam open mic night. Saturday evening, Jan. 11, there will be a Variety Show at the Cavalcade, starting at 7:30 p.m.

Style: Svea accessorized a black, long-sleeved tunic dress and skinny python-print belt she purchased that day from Herberger’s with pink tights and a gray scarf she already owned. Her taupe booties also are from Herberger’s. Mom footed the bill. “I don’t have a job!” Svea explained.

Fashion Sense: “I like to add color and not clash prints but not be too plain on plain,” Svea said.
