Look Out! Tasha’s cute and comfortable look

Tasha aims for a style that is “casual, but a little better than T-shirt and shorts.”

Scene: Tasha was studying and waiting for her boyfriend to finish track practice at the Hamilton Recreation Center at Colorado Mesa University.

Style: The freshman biology major from Highlands Ranch pulled together “cute but comfortable” pieces on a snowy day that would end with a statistics night class.

She topped leggings with a plaid shirt from Abercrombie and pulled on UGG boots. Tasha knitted her scarf herself.

Fashion sense: Getting up early gives her time to plan what to wear, Tasha said, who aims for a style that’s “casual, but a little better than T-shirts and shorts.”

Her nail design was inspired by one she saw on Pinterest, which is a rich source of fashion ideas. “Anything I see on Pinterest that I like I try and re-create.”

Out & About is on the lookout for stylish men, women and children in the Grand Valley. If we see you, please don’t be shy to share your fashion tips.
