“Lets get straight to the point. Guttermouth: you either love them or hate them,” says the band’s Facebook bio, which was written in 2006, maybe.

The bio’s writer prefaced the post with, “No one seems to want to update our bio, so here’s the latest one, I think it’s from 2006.”

No matter, but if you’re wanting an update, plan to attend the longtime punk band Guttermouth’s show at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 31, at Mesa Theater and Lounge, 538 Main St.

Guttermouth, which released its 10th album, “Shave the Planet,” in August 2006 — will perform with guests In the Whale, Shotgun Hodown and Seeds of Revolution.

Guttermouth’s band members listed on the Facebook page are Mark Adkins, vocals; Dave Luckett, guitar; Justin VanWestbroek, bass; Alex Flamsteed, drums; and Geoff Armstrong, guitar.

Tickets cost $13 advance or $16 the day of the show.
