The reusable shopping bag
Trends come and go, but one that is bound to stay indefinitely is the reusable shopping bag.
Each year, Americans consume more than 100 billion plastic bags and of those about 4 billion become litter.
The best solution for our environment and personal organization is to invest in a good reusable bag.
Look for a bag with a solid bottom. It is easier to pack and keeps the contents from getting smashed.
The handles should be just long enough to carry the bag when full.
Finally, a bag that is collapsible makes it easier to transport, which is essential.
Start carrying reusable shopping bags. This small change will make a big difference for our environment.
