Oxford pumps reflect history of shoe
The oxford shoe has been around for centuries.
The style originated in Scotland and Ireland as a basic, utilitarian shoe that laces up the front.
Although traditionally for men, with the addition of a tall heel, this season the old-school oxford is newly cool for women.
For a fashion forward business look, wear oxford pumps with trouser pants, a button-down shirt, and a fitted jacket or vest. Oxford pumps can also have a decidedly feminine edge when worn with a flirty dress and tights.
This classic shoe will never go out of style, so buy them now and enjoy for decades.
