OutFit: Fabric jewelry

It’s no secret that the best things in life are handmade, especially jewelry. You don’t have to be a jeweler to make interesting accessories. All you need is some fabric and a big imagination.

If your time and crafting ability are limited, try revamping jewelry you already own. Apply spray adhesive to bangle bracelets or hoop earrings then wrap them with scraps of fabric or yarn to create something truly unique.

For the more confident crafter, make a statement necklace out of old T-shirts by cutting out strips of fabric and braid, tie or layer them together for a trendy look. A cherished piece of lace can become a beautiful bracelet of necklace with just a few minutes of work and inspiration.

Great style doesn’t have to cost a lot. Just look around at items you already own and turn them into your own one-of-a-kind jewelry creation.
