OutFit: Pretty pastels

The color palette has softened for summer. The must-have hues include butter yellow, blush pink and mint green, to name a few.

Theses beachy colors are beautiful, but sometimes tricky to wear, so here are a few tips for pulling off the trend.

First, combine pastels with neutrals to keep the look modern. A peach dress looks fresh with a taupe belt and shoes.

Second, use pastel shades as an accent. A basic gray dress gets an edgy update with sunny yellow shoes or a pastel-colored block handbag.

Finally, if you are feeling adventurous, try combining different pastel hues.

Keep accessories simple and neutral to avoid looking like an Easter egg.

Tranquil and subdued, summer’s pastels are sure to make the season even sweeter.
