OutFit: ‘50s influence

‘50s influence in fashion

The fashion of the 1950s is synonymous with the feminine silhouette.

The ‘50s influence is back and hotter than ever for spring. Although it make look more modest, it has an undeniable sizzle.

Hem lines may be lower than the previous season, but the style is more tailored. Look for pencil skirts to pair with button-down shirts and heels for work or a tee and flats for the weekend.

For a curvy figure, choose a dress that is fitted at the top with a full skirt. This style of dress is universally flattering and looks appropriate for most any occasion.

A ‘50s style is about emphasizing your best assets, so choose the clothing that does just that and make the look work for you.
